Epicor Specialist

We are seeking an Epicor Specialist to join our IT department. This individual will provide techno/functional support during the current implementation of Epicor 9; provide end user training and assistance during and after implementation. Will assist users in developing streamlined procedures while maximizing the Epicor features and benefits. Will coordinate with hosted environment for system availability, response time, upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting. Will perform all upgrades including testing and implementation; maintain logs of all customizations and patches that will be supported by the upgrade. Will develop specs and budgets for customization requests and will manage the testing and implementation of customizations. Will create relevant system documentation and end user documentation. Will create dashboards, user defined fields, BAQ's and BPM's. Must be able to act as EDI liaison with EDI partners and monitor and correct EDI processes.

Qualifications include a B.S. degree with a minimum of 2+ years of Epicor Vantage user experience (Epicor 9 preferred). Experience with TIE EDI/Epicor integrations. Experience across Epicor's full suite of ERP applications. Experience with a hosted model. Must be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously making independent decisive decisions.

Warehouse Associate

We are seeking two Warehouse Associates (1st & 2nd shift) to work in receiving. The individuals will be able to operate a forklift, scanning gun, and a computer.

Qualifications include a H.S. diploma plus two years warehouse experience. Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a daily basis and occasionally 70 pounds. Must be fluent in reading, writing & speaking English.

1st shift hours 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

2nd shift hours 3:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.
